[News] Mass Effect Voice Actor Wins City Award

Actor/comedian Mark Meer, best known as the voice of Commander Shepard (um…the male one) in the Mass Effect series, is the 2012 recipient of the Edmontonian of the Year Award. This award, set up by an independent news site, listed a series of nominees from areas as diverse as music, politics, business, and media.

Along with the Mass Effect games, Meer is also a veteran of other games by Edmonton-based BioWare including Dragon Age: Origins, Jade Empire, and Neverwinter Nights.

Congratulations to Mr. Meer for his award, and for being such a huge part of Twinfinite’s 2012 Game of the Year!
