PokemonScrap Sprite Splicing: Has Science Gone Too Far?

Pokemon sprite splicers have been making their rounds online for a while ago. What started as simple A + B generation (a la Pokemon Fusion) has evolved into splices that have gone mad with power and its absolutely amazing. Tumblr blog PokemonScrap takes multiple sprites from the Pokemon games and combines them into something both amazing and horrifying. The creations are all straight from MS Paint and are both based on the artist’s ideas and fan requests. Unlike Pokemon Fusion, PokemonScrap will combine up to 5 sprites to create the Frankenstein’s Monster of the Pokemon World. Check out the site here for more splice jobs or to request your own!
