Gearbox Software announced this morning that they will be remaking Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel for Xbox One and PS4 in a two-game bundle titled “The Handsome Collection”. The bundle will feature remastered graphics for the next-gen systems and will contain all add-on content for both Borderlands 2 and Pre-Sequel, apparently including all currently unreleased DLC for The Pre-Sequel.
Also added for both games will be four-player couch co-op instead of the previous maximum of two players. Both games will also feature the ability to transfer saves from the previous gen games to the next-gen consoles. You can see the announcement trailer here:
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is currently slated for release on March 24, 2015.
