Hellhammer Thrall
Thrall is the latest hero to be added to Heroes of the Storm, and boy does he make his presence known. This skin shows off all the orcish flair you could expect from the former Warchief. Everything gets a lot more spikes, including Thrall’s legendary weapon, Doomhammer.
AzGul’dan Azmodan
Need some Warcraft in your Diablo characters? AzGul’dan has you covered. Heroes of the Storm is based on being a mashup of all of Blizzard’s universes, and because of that we get the best of both worlds. AzGul’dan wouldn’t look out of place in either universe.
Infested Tychus
Ever since his iconic “Hell, it’s about time” line that introduced StarCraft II, Tychus has been a fan favorite. Even though he (spoiler alert!) betrayed Raynor and Kerrigan, he’s still one of the most lovable characters from the StarCraft universe. Seeing him infested with Zerg just makes him all the more endearing, and pretty gross.
Master Tyrael
Tyrael, an angel-turned-human from Diablo III is in Heroes of the Storm and brings the justice with him. This is one of the snazziest master skin in the game, and makes Tyrael look even more badass.
Countess Kerrigan
Heroes of the Storm is getting a lot of spooky themed skins, but Kerrigan’s is the best. Combine her awesome hair with the fact that she turns into a bat when mounting and you’ve got one of the best skins in any game. Would you expect any less from Queen of Blades?
Master Falstad
Isn’t Falstad dead? No! He’s still alive, and in the alternate universe that is Heroes of the Storm, he’s bringing his gryphon-riding, hammer throwing antics with him. It’s awesome to see him and his gryphon armored up, and how about that mohawk?
Betrayer Malfurion
Malfurion has always been the good guy. Literally, he’s been alive for 10,000 years at least. But what if he took a turn to the Ilidan side of things? Now you don’t need to wonder! Seriously though, this Maulfurion would intimidate anyone facing up against him.
Mecha Tassadar
Tassadar is a personal favorite hero in Heroes of the Storm, and seeing him all Transformer-ed totally fulfills many childhood fantasies. It’s worth noting that characters sometimes get alternate voice packs with new skins. In this case, Tassadar gets a mecha voice that adds to the awesomeness that is this skin.
Master Nazeebo
That headdress doesn’t look super practical, but who cares when it looks that awesome? Nazeebo has one of the most powerful heroic abilities in the game with ravenous spirit, why not make him look even more threatening with his master skin?
Medic Uther
Uther has been with us for a long time. He was first introduced to us as a Paladin scolding Prince Arthas back in Warcraft III, and with his medic skin, you can imagine him doing the same to Jim Raynor. If you’ve ever dreamed of some Warhammer 40k in a Blizzard universe, this is as close as you’re going to get.
Skelethur Abathur
Abathur is one of the most unique characters ever introduced in a MOBA, and puts Heroes of the Storm in a category of its own as far as character design. This skin for Abathur is both disgusting and sweet, and a nice, subtle nod to He-man. In the words of Abathur himself, “Evolution never over. Perfection goal that always changes. Can pursue. Cannot obtain,” but this skin is darn near perfect.
