2K Games announced The Terminator as a pre-order bonus for WWE 2K16 a few months ago. The game’s season pass has less killer robots than that, but will include a handful of extra wrestlers, new moves for your created characters, and a new Story Mode that showcases some of WWE’s most famous bouts.
WWE 2K16’s season pass consists of several packs that will be doled out through 2015 and early 2016. $24.99 covers the cost of the Accelerator, New Stars Pack, Legends Pack, New Moves Pack, and the 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase. The season pass option is a discount over buying everything separately which costs around $32.
The New Stars Pack and Legends Pack adds eleven characters to the game, and the New Moves Pack adds 30 moves that can be given to any of your created characters.
Finally, the 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase is a new story-driven mode that covers six classic WWE matches and one “dream match” similar to WWE All-Stars Fantasy Warfare mode.
The trailer for the Season Pass shows off some of the classic matches that the 2015 Hall of Fame Showcase will cover and some moves included in the New Moves Pack.
