Fallout 4: How to Get the Junk Jet, a Gun That Uses Junk for Ammo

There’s a way to use all your Fallout 4 junk items as ammo. It’s called the Junk Jet, and it’s going to validate all of your terrible hoarding choices forever.

The Junk Jet chooses random items from your Miscellaneous tab and fires them out as if they were bullets, and it’s fairly easy to get early on in the game.

First, head over to the Cambridge Police Station, which can be found Southeast of Vault 111. Tune into their radio station to hear a call for help, beginning the Fire Support quest.

Go defend the Station from ghouls, then speak to Paladin Danse and receive the Call to Arms quest. Danse will take you westward to ArcJet Systems, hoping you’ll slog through its horde of enemies alongside him and prove your worth to the Brotherhood. Head down to the control room of the rocket engine test area, and the Junk Jet will be on a table.

Congratulations! Fallout 4 has handed you weaponized junk. It’s a Bethesda dream come true.
