We have three copies of the indie PC game “War of the Human Tanks” to give away, courtesy of our lovely friends at Fruitbat Factory! To win, simply leave a comment below with what video game character would make a rad/funny/completely disturbing human tank! Get creative! Video game characters that already turn into tank-like objects are a gimme, so think outside the box on this one!

Jiminy Cricket (The Kingdom Hearts Games) I could just imagine it being a later game power-up. Something like if Sora’s health goes below X, then Jiminy hops out, and his umbrella shines turning him into a tank called The Conscience.

Hayabusa from ninja gaiden. Tank can stealth but can only attack single targets and has short range(probably 2 max, only 1 is a little TOO weak
) can be spotted by recon action but not from plain sight.
it will be interesting if there are some other cubic character go inside the game =D

The kid from LIMBO.
Mostly because how cool a all-black sketch-like human tank would look.
The entire scenario could turn black & white when he appears in the game, that would be nice too.
Also, the kid from LIMBO would still look great with big white eyes in the same anime style of War of the Human Tanks.
Aaaand it would also fit the “cute children in the horror of war” theme.
Well, looking at the left I saw another good one, from another game I really like:
Isaac from Binding of Isaac.
Hell, he already shoots stuff and drops bombs, the gore theme is great, gazillions of different upgrades already…
Could drop him straight in the game, a gore-style human tank.

Just adding, beyond gore, Isaac also has a satanic theme, you could do really crazy stuff with it in game about War.
And just like the LIMBO kid, he would look great with the anime style (anime Isaac, now I really want to see that…) and fit the children+war theme.
Looking again at the RIGHT (got it confused above,doh) I saw…

Off the rules, not a VG character but…
Reggie Tank.
He could have a little balloon saying “Not a gamer! Don’t shoot me!”. Then you shoot him.
Or maybe he is in your party, then betrays you mid-game.
A Meat boy tank…..
Even if it was destroyed It would spawn again in seconds allowing for instant gaming gratification!!!!
I think U-1 from Gitaroo Man would be a hilariously awesome choice. Instead of the the dog throwing him a guitar, he just throws him a tank! Then U-1 becomes Tankaroo Man. You could have some tank-on-tank rhythm game action party fun time by shooting rhythmic grooves out of your tank’s barrel (which would be a guitar- think Eaglebones Falconhawk from the Aquabats). Hey, this idea is so great, maybe he’ll be a secret character in the console version of Tank! Tank! Tank! (he won’t, but it’d be pretty awesome if he was
).
