Details For Tales From The Borderlands Coming To SXSW

Telltale is a company that has a lot of hands in a lot of nerdy cookie jars. In case you needed a recap, not only are they currently balancing Season 2 of their The Walking Dead series and the first series of The Wolf Among Us, they announced at the Spike VGX both a Game of Thrones series and, most bizarrely, a Borderlands crossover series entitled Tales From The Borderlands. That one seems to be the furthest along, and as of now, we know it will be the first of the new games we hear about; via Twitter today, Telltale announced the first details about Tales From The Borderlands will be revealed at South by Southwest on March 8.

SXSW is a grand old music and film festival that is holding a big coming out party for games this year, and Telltale being included is a pretty big statement about how far they’ve come in the last few years. The Tales From The Borderlands reveal will be moderated by the Indoor Kids, Kumail Nanjiani and Emily Gordon, and includes Gearbox’s Randy Pitchford, Anthony Burch, and Matthew Armstrong along with Telltale’s Kevin Bruner and Harrison Pink.
