[News] Blizzard Announces Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft

As video game enthusiasts, press, and developers are *ahem* gathering at PAX this weekend, Blizzard has taken this opportunity to announce Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, a new digital free-to-play card game. The promo site contains a trailer, screenshots, an FAQ, and a link for Battle.net users to sign up for the beta. [News] Blizzard Entertainment Teams Up With Sony to Bring Diablo III for PS4 (and 3 but Shhh)

Blizzard Entertainment has come out to partner up with Sony and on the Playstation 4 (and 3 but that’s not that important) to bring you Diablo III for the Playstation 4 consoles (and Playstation 3, and again, not as important). This is the first time Blizzard has come out to lend their voice for a console so prepare your bodies to have complicated RTS experiences on a console. ….So yeah. Diablo III. Neat.

[News] World of Warcraft Seemingly Hacked

Earlier today the World of Warcraft forums were flooded with a number of topics saying World of Warcraft has been hacked. The video posted above depicts a level one character reigning havoc in Stormwind, instantly killing any player at their whim and causing a ton of confusion to players. [News] World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria Releases Sept. 25th

Blizzard announced that the upcoming expansion for World of Warcraft, Mists of Pandaria, will be releasing September 25th. For the first time, this expansion will be available in multiple editions, ranging from Standard ($40), Digital Deluxe ($60), and Collector’s ($80).
