Fez II Revealed in Polytron Teaser Trailer

Fez, a relaxing game released on the Xbox 360 and PC was in development hell for well over 5 years. It’s just been announced that this indie hit will be getting a sequel, aptly named Fez II. Here’s to multiple dimensions, hidden secrets, and cute little hats. Fez II will be, and I quote “coming to ???? in ????” Source – Polytron Corporation.

E3 – Trailer Reveals The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds for 3DS

Earlier this year, it was announced that the classic SNES title The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past would be getting a sequel. Fans were weary, being the first direct sequel in the franchise, mainly being called A Link to the Past 2. It was announced in the trailer above that this new title will be called The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. This top-down action/adventure title will release exclusively for the 3DS.

E3 – Square Enix Announces Kingdom Hearts 3 [Updated]

It’s official everyone! Our prayers have been answered! Square Enix announced today at Sony’s press conference that the long anticipated third console installment of Kingdom Hearts is now in development for PlayStation 4. The short announcement trailer featured some gameplay and, in typical Kingdom Hearts fashion, dramatic cutscenes featuring Utada Hikaru songs. UPDATE: Kingdom Hearts III is now to release on the Xbox One, as well as the Playstation 4.

 

E3 – Super Mario 3D World is Just What the World Needs

After the majesty that is Super Mario 3D Land graced the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo made a lovely move in bringing a sequel to the Wii U, complete with 4-player capabilities similar to Super Mario Bros. 2. Super Mario 3D World will have  Mario, Luigi, Toad, and Princess Peach as playable characters. E3 – Mario Kart 8 Because No One Escapes the Blue Shell

During today’s Nintendo Direct video, Satoru Iwata showed off a trailer with gameplay footage of Mario Kart 8 for the Nintendo Wii U. While Mario Kart 7 introduced flying and underwater driving into the mix, Mario Kart 8 will bring anti-gravity driving. E3 – New Bayonetta 2 Trailer Features New Haircut

Announced as a Wii U exclusive, Bayonetta 2 features the same insane action Platinum Games is known for, except it’s more insane. With a new haircut, and some new powers, this new gameplay trailer boasts what looks to be one awesome action game. Look forward to playing Bayonetta 2 in 2014.

E3 – World Exclusive Reveal Of Mad Max

During the Sony conference, we were treated with the world exclusive premiere of Mad Max. The Mel Gibson movie series are some of the grittiest action movies ever and hopefully this game will channel some of that grime. From what was shown in the teaser trailer, everything from the atmosphere to the actions of the people in the world act like their movie counterparts.

 

E3 – Final Fantasy Versus XIII is Officially Final Fantasy XV

Hope has been restored in fans of the monumental role-playing game franchise. Final Fantasy Versus XIII is finally coming to fruition, however under a new name: Final Fantasy XV. During Sony’s E3 press conference, Tetsuya Nomura officially gave the announcement, as well as shared a trailer featuring the main character, Noctis, in action.
