Fallout 4: How to Get the Alien Blaster Gun

The Fallout series is renowned for having tons of secrets just waiting to be found by those players who explore every nook and cranny of the Wasteland. Fallout 4 is no different, and this time brings new legendary weapons to the table.

The alien blaster is no newcomer to the Fallout series, with it appearing in previous games such as Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 when the player came across UFO landing sites. If you’re after the alien blaster in Fallout 4, you’ve got to put the work in, as it takes a bit of a combat grind to get the event to trigger.

First things first, you’re going to need to set off for Vault 75. This is actually underneath Malden Middle School and therefore hidden out of sight. If you haven’t yet discovered this location, simply go to either Slocum’s Joe Corporate HQ and head north, or the Malden Center and head in a northeastern direction. Once you’ve found Malden Middle School, enter the building and make your way down to the basement floor of the building.

A bit of a caution now. Vault 75 isn’t a walk in the park and we only really suggest going in if you’re about level 15… or a bad ass player with some swanky gear. The first part of your quest is to clear out the vault. Take down every single enemy that is hiding in the rooms and pick up a ton of loot as you go.
