Next year.

During this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel hosted a panel about their digital content and mobile games and revealed that more console games will be coming in the future.

This was announced when a fan asked if Marvel was still looking for partnerships to create console games, and Marvel’s Game Producer, Mike Jones, confirmed that the company was in fact still looking and that there would probably be more announcements “next year.”

“We are very much taking a controlled, less-is-more, quality-focused, developer-focused strategy, but it is very top of mind,” Jones said.

This news shouldn’t be too unexpected, as Marvel and Telltale Games also announced a few months back that they would be teaming up for a new title in 2017.
